No - we do not provide any medical advice or recommendations on what you should do based on a specific medical condition. We are not doctors, we are not qualified to give medical advice. We can however help you implement the recommendations of your own medical team, partner with you to reach your personal health goals, provide you with resources, and empower you to be a strong leader in your own healthcare. We are here for you and your families overall well-being and support.

What we do will be based on the plan developed during your initial consultation or previous appointments. Some clients want help being thoroughly prepared for upcoming medical appointments in order to maximize time and care from their medical provider. In that case, we focus on the nuts and bolts of what it takes to be prepared – then help you get there. Other times a client is overwhelmed and/or experiencing stress – in that scenario we look at ways to build coping skills and manage feelings of overwhelm. Additionally, when a doctor’s recommendations include lifestyle changes and medication compliance, we partner with our clients to help them succeed in reaching these goals. At other times a client may need help scheduling a second opinion or researching options available to them. Many people find they benefit from all of these support services. Each client has a customized plan that works for them and we adjust our services as different needs arise.

Your initial consultation will provide a thorough assessment of how we can best help you based on your needs and wants, your goals, and the recommendations of your physician. Together we make a specific plan on how you can best approach your journey ahead. As things may change, we shift and make adjustments to ensure we are fully meeting your needs throughout your care with us.
