  • Uncover how you can best help yourself
  • Create AIM SMART goals to set yourself up for success
  • Identify your overwhelm-button(s) and how to reset.
  • Evaluate current confidence & how to improve
  • Session includes relaxation exercise, various how-to techniques and follow-up report.
  • This initial session lasts 60-90 minutes and is scheduled and paid for online

Planning Session:

Includes pre-session Questionnaire, a full coaching session, customized activities, and a detailed follow-up report with plan-of-action.
